TOFU PUDDING - SAVOURY (TAU FU FAH - Take 2)

I made Tau Fu Fah again : )  

This time, I am having it as a Savoury Silky Soft Tofu Pudding with fried dried shrimps, fried shallots, a dash of soya sauce and Kecap Manis (Indonesian Sweet Sauce).
